Check my addressEvery speed is an up-to figure. What you see depends on the path from the tower to your roof, how many people are online and your Wi-Fi router. Each plan has a data transfer limit; ask us for yours at info@hdiss.net.
Ask about 1 Gig / 1 Gig.
Our ultra-low-latency service with upload as fast as download, in some areas. Check your address and tick "Ask about 1 Gig / 1 Gig" and we will tell you if your address can get it. About the 1 Gig / 1 Gig service.

Prices and speeds as published by High Desert Internet Services (hdiss.net, read 10/15/26). "Runs" lines use the FCC Household Broadband Guide and Broadband Speed Guide (fcc.gov), which the FCC calls rough guidelines; every High Desert plan is above the FCC's highest household band of more than 25 Mbps. Not sure which plan? Use the plan picker.
The company publishes these prices and speeds itself, and says there are no contracts. The side-by-side table and the cards on this page are the full list. You cannot order a plan online. You send your address, a person checks the path to a tower, and then you choose.
What is the Bronze plan?
Bronze is the lowest-priced plan at $50 a month, with downloads up to 500 Mbps and uploads up to 200 Mbps. It suits a small household that streams, browses and video calls. Read the Bronze plan page.
What is the Silver plan?
Silver is $75 a month, with downloads up to 800 Mbps and the same upload ceiling of up to 200 Mbps. It suits a busy house where several people are online at once. See the Silver plan page.
What is the Gold plan?
Gold is $99 a month, with downloads up to 1 Gig and uploads up to 200 Mbps. It is the plan for large households and heavy downloads. See the Gold plan page.
Is there anything above Gold?
Ask about the ultra-low-latency service, up to 1 Gig / 1 Gig. The company says to ask whether it is in your area. It has no published price and is not a fourth plan; the 1 Gig / 1 Gig page explains.
What applies to every plan?
Each service level has a data transfer limit under the service agreement. The size is available by emailing info@hdiss.net, and use over it is $1 per gigabyte in a billing cycle. Speeds are always up to a ceiling, never a promise; read what up to means. For help picking, see how much speed a household needs.
