We work in six counties: Washoe, Lyon, Storey, Churchill and Douglas, plus Carson City. The map and the lists below name 36 places, but whether a particular home can be served is decided by its address, not its town.

Fixed wireless is a line from a tower to a roof. Two houses on the same street can get different answers, so every place on this page points back to the same step: send the address.

Which counties and places are on the list?

Washoe County takes in Reno, Sparks, Sun Valley, Spanish Springs, Lemmon Valley, Golden Valley, Verdi, Mogul, Washoe Valley, Palomino Valley, Cold Springs, Wadsworth and Stead. Lyon County includes Fernley, Dayton, Silver Springs, Yerington, Stagecoach, Smith Valley, Silver City and Mound House. Churchill County is Fallon. Carson City is its own city and county. Douglas County includes Minden, Gardnerville, Gardnerville Ranchos, Johnson Lane, Indian Hills, Genoa, Ruhenstroth, East Valley, Fish Springs and Topaz Ranch Estates. Storey County covers Virginia City, Lockwood and McCarran.

Each place has its own page with Census figures on how homes there get online. The county pages, Washoe, Lyon, Storey, Churchill, Douglas and Carson City, show the same for the whole county.

Why can't you just say a town is covered?

Because a town is not what the radio sees. The signal needs a clear path, and hills, ridges, tall trees and even a neighbor's shop can block it. A home in a valley can be fine while one on the same road behind a rise is not. We would rather say we need to look than make a promise we might have to take back.

Some places on the list are ones we name ourselves, and some are communities inside a county we work in. In either case the address check gives the answer for your home.

How do I check my own address?

Use the address check or call 775-575-9593. A person looks at the path to the nearest tower and calls you back. If you only know your ZIP code, the ZIP code pages show Census internet figures for each one. They describe the area; they do not promise service.

What about businesses?

Small businesses are welcome to ask too. Town-by-town pages for shops, offices and yards are linked from business internet, and each one sends you to the same address check.

Where can I see what else reaches my address?

The FCC runs a National Broadband Map at https://broadbandmap.fcc.gov where you can type an address and see what each provider reports. It is a useful second opinion, and our guide on how to check which providers reach your address walks through it.

Is my town covered?

We do not answer for whole towns. Send your address and a person checks the path to a tower.

Can we reach your roof?

Send the address. A person looks at the path from our nearest tower and calls you back: clear, not clear, or we need to look at it from your roof.

Plan you are thinking about
One of your roof looking toward the ridge, and one of any old dish or antenna, helps us check the path. Phone photos are fine.

By sending this you agree that we may call or email you about this address. A technician never comes out until you say yes.
