Paying a bill is not buying service. This page is for existing customers. The payment form is not part of this website, so we describe what we know about it and stop there.

Steps

  1. Open the pay online page

Go to pay online on this site and follow its link. The link goes to https://www2.fernley.net/hdiss/onlinepay/paymentform.cfm, the payment form the company uses.

  2. Have your account details ready

Keep the name on the account and the service address at hand, plus your invoice if you have one. If the form asks for something you cannot find, stop and call.

  3. Choose how much to pay

Follow the form's own fields. The amount is on your invoice.

  4. Enter your payment details only on the payment form

Never give a card number to anyone who calls or emails you first. See spotting phishing from your provider.

  5. Submit and keep the confirmation

Save the confirmation page or email.

  6. Check your balance later

If the payment does not show, or you were charged twice, write to billing@hdiss.net.

What do I need to pay?

The form is run by a separate system, and we do not publish its fields, so read what it asks and call if a request seems odd. Have your invoice, the service address and a card. Do not enter your email password; the form never needs it.

Can I pay by phone?

We have not published a phone payment procedure. The office is at 775-575-9593 and 775-391-5660, 9 to 5, every day. Ask there. The agreement says High Desert Internet may send an invoice or bill the credit card on file.

When is my bill due?

The service agreement says invoices are due and payable in full on receipt and are past due 20 days after they are received, and that late payments need the company's approval. The exact words are on the service agreement page. For a plain-words reading, see how billing works and read your bill.

What if the page will not load?

Check that your own internet works first, since the form is on the web. If every other site loads, wait a while and try again, or call. If your connection is down, use a phone with cellular data or call; see the five checks. Never climb to the antenna while you work on this.

How do I know the page is real?

Reach it from this site's pay online page, or type the address of this site yourself, rather than clicking a link in a message. A real payment never starts with a threat or a deadline of a few hours. If you are unsure, call 775-575-9593 and ask whether the link in the message is one we use.

Is paying online the same as signing up online?

No. This page is only for paying an account you already have. Choosing or starting a service is done by checking an address and talking with a person, because a wireless link needs a clear path to a tower. Use check my address if you are not yet a customer.

What if I paid and it still shows due?

Wait a little, since payments through a separate system do not always show at once. Keep your confirmation. If the balance is still wrong after a few days, call 775-575-9593 with the date and the amount, or write to billing@hdiss.net. Do not pay twice to test it.

What if I am a business customer?

The same payment page serves the account. Ask whether the invoice can be made out in the company's name, which we do not publish. Keep the confirmation for your books. The guide on how billing works goes through invoice timing in plain words.

What if I do not have a card?

Ask the office what other ways to pay it accepts. The only methods this site describes are an invoice and a card on file, which come from the service agreement. Do not send cash in the mail to the post office box without asking first.
